My Beloved Child

As I listened to your prayers last night I heard you question my Presence on Earth, in these times of religious upheaval. Did you forget My Promise long ago? I said I would Never Leave you or Forsake you. Be assured, this Promise has never been broken. I have Always been as close to you as Breathing. I have made my abode in the Closet of your consciousness, waiting for you to Awaken to My Presence There. But you have looked for me where I cannot be found. You have Sought Me in the World's Market Place, where the God of Materialism kneels before Mammon. You have Sought Me in the particular Doctrine of your Choice, and worshipped a Creed, not the Christ!

You have Sought me in Self-Ordained Prophets who feed off the Sheep, not lead them into the Greener pastures I spoke of. You have Sought Me in the World of Sensation and Stimulants, only to experience greater Starvation in the Soul. You have Sought Me in Ritual and Ceremony, hoping to touch the Hem of my Garment through Symbols. If My Presence is not felt in the Home of your Heart, All is in Vain! Do we not leave all this behind, with the rest of the World's Meaningless Trinkets? You have sought Me in Mystics, Mentors, Gurus, and Guides. You eat the crumbs of Pre-Digested Truth they feed you, believing this is the Allness of God! Beloved, know this; in My Presence you have Everything! There is no need to look further for Anything! Feast on the Manna from Heaven I Serve you, and your Hunger and Thirst shall be Filled?

You have Sought Me on Mountaintops, in Ashrams and Holy Cities, when all the while, I could be found by traveling Inward to the Heart. Beloved, how much longer will you look “Lo Here and Lo There” for Me? Did I not tell you: “My Kingdom is Not of this World.” “The Kingdom of God is Within You.” Cease looking for Me in the Material Forms around you. My Father predicted the day would come when all True Believers would Worship Him in Spirit and in Truth! That day has arrived, My Child. All that is Hidden shall be Revealed! The Father is Sifting the True from the False, the Sheep from the Wolves, the Wheat from the Tares. He is Tearing down Kingdoms build on Power, Greed and Pride! He is Building His Kingdom in Humble Hearts ruled by the Spirit of Truth and Love.

It is in this Kingdom that I choose to make Contact with you. Here, in the Quiet, Peaceful Place within your own being, I wait in Patient Silence for you to Recognize My Presence. Do not delay, My Child, for the Kingdom of God is At Hand!

~Yesterday-Today-And-Tomorrow~

There are two days in every week about which we should not worry.

Two days which should be kept free from fear and apprehension.

One of these days is yesterday with its mistakes and cares,

Its faults and blunders, Its aches and pains.

Yesterday has passed forever beyond our control.

All the money in the world cannot bring back yesterday.

We cannot undo a single act we performed.

We cannot erase a single word we said. Yesterday is gone.

The other day we should not worry about is tomorrow.

With its possible adversities, Its burdens, Its large promise and poor performance.

Tomorrow is also beyond our immediate control.

Tomorrow's Sun will rise, either in splendor or behind a mask of clouds, but it will rise.

Until it does, we have no stake in tomorrow, for it is yet unborn.

This just leaves only one day . . . Today.

Any person can fight the battles of just one day.

It is only when you and I add the burdens of those two awful eternity's -

yesterday and tomorrow that we break down.

It is not the experience of today that drives people mad.

It is the remorse or bitterness for something which happened yesterday

and the dread of what tomorrow may bring.

Let us therefore live but one day at a time.
